Cristina Guevera has worked in the floral industry for many years. She started her career at Paul Ecke Ranch working in the fields. Quickly Cristina became an expert in the flower field crops such as Gladiolas and Ranunculus that were grown at the ranch. Within a few years Cristina had been promoted to do quality control for the Paul Ecke Ranch.
With industry changes Cristina felt it was time to move on from Paul Ecke and that is when she came to work for Kendal Floral. Cristina has been with the company for 7 years. When Cristina first started she learned how to make bouquets. For two years she perfected her skill as a bouquet maker. Cristina stood out as a leader and was selected to go through training to become a quality control manager. After the intensive training, Cristina held her position as quality control manager for about 2 years.
At that time we decided that we needed someone with her expertise to help us design bouquets. At that point she had mastered bouquet manufacturing on the line and also had extensive experience in quality control. We began to utilize her to help us design and construct bouquets that would easily be reproduced in a large capacity.
Cristina has resided as our lead designer ever since then; she has been designing bouquets for our sales teams for the last 3 years. Her attention to detail and passion for the business makes her and important part of our creative process.
