Carole was born in Cork City, Ireland. She comes from a family of 4 children, herself and three older brothers. Being the youngest, Carole always has had a push for success. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Business from the University College of Cork in 2004. She majored in Supply Chain Management, Economics, and Food Microbiology. Carole worked for a grocery chain in Ireland, in the supply chain department, until she moved to the US. Her background and experience is in sales forecasting which made her a perfect fit to be one of our full time staffers at the Kendal South facility.

Carole met her husband while interning in Avalon, New Jersey. Promptly she realized that she would be moving away from her home to pursue love in the US. She moved to the United States in May, 2006 and shortly after joined the Kendal team. Originally, Carole came to the company as an assistant to our flower buyer, but with her knowledge and skills she quickly was utilized for many more operations type projects and was promoted to out lead Kendal analyst position at our Kendal South facility. Carole is a very dynamic person and has many different functions she is responsible for on a daily basis. Her current position as a Kendal Analyst entails working side by side with the General Manager, the sales staff and the production team to help with inventory management, production efficiencies and hard goods purchasing. Some of Carole's responsibilities include ordering farm made product from our farm, which she manages and keeps track of for all our customers. She also is responsible for managing our dashboard, financial analysis, running margin and labor reports as well as monitoring inventory levels. Above that, Carole is responsible for all hard goods at the Kendal South facility. She has diligently reorganized our hard good program, and has been in charge of facilitating the implementation of a state of the art new inventory management system for Kendal South.

Everyday Carole welcomes new challenges, and can take on any task given to her. Her talent and eagerness to grow with the company has made her one of our greatest assets to the Kendal team. She works efficiently and effortlessly with all of her co-workers and is able to generate a report for just about anything. It is Carole's can do attitude and drive for success that makes her a great asset to her peers and to the organization.
